Building a new socialist countryside,we must not only cultivate culture,to understand technology,will be operating the new farmers,but also to improve farmers （migrant workers and their children） of the overall quality.Mainly reflected in improving the quality of their culture,business ability,awareness of the law,the ideological and moral standards,such as physical fitness,with a view to promoting harmonious rural construction.
