系列案件侦查中存在的误区及对策

当前侦查实践中,系列案件的串并侦查应当注意以下几个方面：既要重视重特大案件的串并分析,又要重视小案的串并分析;既要重视有现场案件的串并分析,又要重视无现场案件的串并分析;既要重视本地区案件的串并分析,又要重视外地案件的串并分析;既要重视同类案件的串并分析,又要重视不同性质案件的串并分析;既要重视未破案件的串并分析,又要重视已破案件的串并分析;既要重视近期案件的串并分析,又要重视远期案件的串并分析;既要重视破案前的串并分析,又要重视破案后的串并分析;既要重视被动的串并分析,又要重视常态的主动串并分析。

Traps and Countermeasures in Investigation of Series of Cases
