| Abstract: | The modern rule-of-law spirit and the procedure conception advocate supervision and restriction over power to prevent wilful overuse of public power.This article tries to design a supervisory mechanism of in-rem compulsory measures guided by procuratorial organs so as to assure the standardized,fair and efficient carrying out of in-rem compulsory measures in occupational crime investigation. |
