摘    要:法学多学科交叉融合是培养复合型、高层次、高素质的法律职业人才的需要。高水平的跨学科人才培养要从交叉学科的教学开始。由于不同学科的研究对象、思维和方法等的不同所造成的学科壁垒,导致法学多学科交叉培养受多重因素制约。为了实现重基础、强交叉、拓视野、推创新理念下的人才培养的重大突破,需要科学合理设计课程、改革传统的招生机制、打破院系体制阻隔、改善教学成果评价体系等人事管理制度,营造多学科交叉培养的良好氛围。

On the Legal Teaching Reformation Taking the Multidisciplinary Cultivation as the Orientation

Abstract:Legal multidisciplinary cultivation is a prerequisite to cultivate high-level and high-quality legal pro-fessional talents .The cultivation of the high-level interdisciplinary talents should start from the interdisciplinary teaching .Because of the distinctive researching objects , forms of thought and study methods , there are barriers be-tween the different disciplines , which leads the legal multidisciplinary cultivation to be conditioned by multiple fac-tors.In order to achieve the goal of the talent training , we should scientifically and reasonably design the courses , reform the traditional recruitment mechanism , break the system barrier in the institute departments , improve the teaching achievement evaluation system , and create a good atmosphere of multidisciplinary cultivation .
