| 摘 要： | 我国新《人体损伤程度鉴定标准》于2014年1月1日正式施行,现有的《人体损伤程度鉴定标准释义》及《人体损伤程度鉴定标准适用指南》两部解释均在指导、适用新标准的实施细节中作了详细规定,但因某些条款的规定存在差异,导致不同法医在办理案件时出现结论相异的现象。

| Abstract: | Our new The Standards for Assessing the Extent of Body Injuries is implemented on January 1 , 2014 , and both two existing judicial interpretations deal with how to put it into practice in detail .However , since some items of the interpretations are in contradiction , forensic experts often draw different conclusions . |
