略论思想政治教育的实效性

实效性是思想政治教育的一个关键性问题。如何提高受教育者接受教育的实效性，是当前思想政治教育面临的一个迫切需要解决的重要课题。思想政治教育实效性不足的主要原因是由于受教育者受外界环境冲击、思想政治教育的价值理念不清晰、正确的理论和实践不能有效结合等等，有针对性地增强思想政治工作实效性，需要因材施教、分层教育、创新思想政治教育形式、加强思想教育工作者的队伍、发挥受教育者的主观能动性、优化思想政治教育环境等。

The effectiveness plays a key role in ideological and political education and how to be improved has already been an important and urgent researching subject .The causes leading to the insufficient effectiveness in-clude the external environment impact for the educated , the fuzzy value concept of educators , the ineffective combi-nation between right theory and practice , etc.To improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political work , we should educate students according to their aptitude , implement layer teaching , innovate the educational form , strengthen the educational team , give full play to educators , initiative , optimize the educational environment , and so on.
