| 摘 要： | 公安研究选题应当做到主观和客观相一致,需要和可能相统一,具体地讲,有以下四条原则,即需要性原则、创新性原则、科学性原则及可行性原则。公安研究选题的方法主要有从公安实践亟待解决的实际问题入手选题,从理论与实践的矛盾、脱节处选题,从不同观点的分歧、冲突中选题,从深化已有观点、完善已有结论的角度选题等九种。

| Abstract: | The principles of public security research should be subjectively and objectively identical, as well as necessarily and possibly. In details, there are four terms, i. e. , the principle of necessity, the principle of creation, the principle of science and the principle of possibility. Meanwhile, there are nine methods of public security research, which leads us how to choose the subjects. |
