| 摘 要： | 和谐警民关系的构建是时代大背景下的必然要求,而对警民互动的研究是和谐警民关系构建的逻辑起点。在新的时代背景下,警民互动不仅有急迫的现实需求,更有着深刻的理论基础,即社会契约论、社区警务理论、治理理论和现象学社会学理论。正是这些基础理论的指导使警民的良性互动成为可能。

| Abstract: | Building harmonious relationship between police and people is the inevitable demand of the times,while the research on the interaction between police and people is the logical starting point of it.In the new time background,the interaction becomes an urgent felt need,has deep theoretical basis,such as Social Contract Theory,Community Police Affairs theory,Governance Theory and Phenomenological Sociology Theory.These foundational theories make the interaction practicable. |
