| Abstract: | The revised criminal procedure law of China which was carried out in 2013 formally states ＂Never forcing anyone to confirm his guilt＂, but according to the judicial practice, we need to accurately understand and grasp the meaning of the rule, in order to truly achieve the regulation. Therefore, it is necessary for us to explain and define the regulation＇s connotation and extension. |
