中国大陆打击有组织犯罪的区际合作

有组织犯罪是当今国际社会公认的一种最高形态的犯罪,被联合国大会称为"世界三大犯罪灾难"之一。在全球化与一体化成为当今世界主流的同时,跨国有组织犯罪也借此"东风",把其触角延伸到世界的各个角落。中国地区包括港澳台,由于其特殊的经济社会特征和地理类型,更是成为了有组织犯罪滋生的敏感地区。因此,我国中央政府积极与港澳台地区开展打击有组织犯罪的合作与交流,具有重大的本土意义、区域意义和国际意义。
