Construction and Development of Russian Electronic Library

As early as 1990s the construction of Russian electronic library was approved as a special plan by the government of Russian Federation,which is a national-level information resource engineering. The construction and development of the library have promoted the exchange of ideas and experiences of the trans-regional,interdisciplinary and trans-departmental readers,thereby accelarating the perfection and expansion of Russian culture and civilization.
