区域和谐社会环保制度研究

目前区域差距已经成为影响和谐社会发展的重要因素之一。我国为此制定了一系列的区域协调发展战略规划。区域协调发展战略的最终目标是实现区域和谐。区域和谐,不仅包括各地区之间的经济协调发展,也包括区域内经济和环保等问题的协调发展。构建区域和谐,区域经济发展应当与环境保护同步。以承接产业转移带来的污染转移为研究点,试图构建一个可行的区域和谐社会的环境保护制度。

Research on the Environmental Protection of Regional Harmonious Society

Regional gap is one of the important factors that affecting the development of harmonious society in nowadays.To narrow down the gap,China has made a series of regional development strategies.The ultimate goal of regional coordinating strategies is to realize regional harmony.Regional harmony not only includes the economical coordinated development,but also includes the economical and environmental harmonious development.In order to establish the harmonious regional development,the development of regional economy should be in accordance with the development of environmental protection.This research is to construct some feasible environmental protection methods for the development of regional harmonious society based on the research point of environmental impacts brought by industrial transfer.
