| 摘 要： | 仲裁在美国经历早期的发展后,以《美国仲裁法》的签署和美国仲裁协会的成立为标志,美国现代仲裁制度建立起来。美国仲裁制度的建立是美国经济发展和法院地位下降直接推动下的必然结果。美国现代仲裁有其历史文化渊源。

It has its historical cultural origins. |
