| 摘 要： | 针对社会转型中社区思想政治工作存在的问题,新时期社区思想政治工作应做到以下几点:利用社区文化开展社区思想政治工作,把握好社区思想政治工作的切入点;注重社区教育,建设学习型社区,找好社区思想政治工作的着力点;做好社区服务,把社区思想政治建设真正落到实处;优化整合社区组织管理力量,形成社区思想政治工作的合力。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the problems which exist in the ideological and political work in communities during the period of social transformation, we should carry out our work in following aspects: we should make use of community culture to carry out ideological and political work, and find the approach to begin our work; we should focus on community education and try to establish communities with studying environment, and find the point by which we can carry out our work; we should provide good community service, and really realize the establishment of the ideological and political work in communities; we should optimize and unite community management workers, and try to form the united strength for our work. |
