论中国特色工会社会工作的建设

党的十六届六中全会提出要“建设庞大的社会工作者队伍”。坚持走中国特色社会主义工会发展道路，要发挥社会工作者的重要作用，就必须要加强中国特色的工会社会工作的建设。这有利于转变各级工会职能、创新工会运作机制、解决劳资问题、维护社会安定、建设和谐劳动文化、营造和谐组织以及创新党的群众工作方式、加强工会自身建设。加强中国特色工会社会工作的建设，需要不断丰富理念、创新方法、拓展内容、发展模式以及充实角色。

The communiqu of the Sixth Plenum of the 16th CPC Central Committee proposed that a large troop of social workers should be built. Following the trade union developing way of Chinese characteristic socialism, and playing social workers＇ influential role, it is necessary to strengthen the establishment of trade union social work with Chinese characteristic. That is advantageous to transform all levels of trade union function, innovate trade union operation mechanism, solute labor social problem, maintain social stability, construct harmo- nious work culture, build the harmonious organization, create CPC mass work way and strengthen the trade union self-building.
