对预审若干问题的思考

侦审合一在我国推行十余年来虽取得一些成绩，积累了一些经验，但现实中仍然暴露出不少问题。在当前预审业务相关机构多元化格局已经形成的形势下，既要从长远的角度展望我国预审制度的未来发展方向，又要立足现实对我国现阶段的预审进行理性定性，以寻求预审理论研究与实践结合的契合点，促进预审程序在刑事诉讼中发挥应有的作用，进而推进我国预审制度的良性发展。

The Consideration on the Problems of Preliminary Hearing

The combination of detection and hearing has gained some achievements during its ten years＇ extension in China,but in reality many problems has been exposed.In the current multi structure of relevant organizations related with preliminary hearing,the China＇s preliminary hearing system need not only to be forecasted in the long run but also reasoningly located basing on reality so as to find the meeting point of the theory and practice,and promote the application of prchmmary hearing proccdure in the criminal litigation and the sound development of China＇s preliminary hearing system.
