| Abstract: | The Identification of Human Body Injury Degree clearly dictates the standard and principles for the identification of human body injury degree. The clarified identification standard and principles, in which the legal nature of the identification of human body injury degree, the relationship with clinical diagnosis and treatment and practical experience are sufficiently considered, and provide a new technical legal regulation for forensic identification activities. |
