| Abstract: | The analysis of the causes of police job burnout is conducted in this article by using the methods of literature and comparison.The conclusion is police job burnout mainly due to the fact that police enforcement of cognitive level and management level does not correspond with the society nowadays.This article also puts forward the countermeasures to alleviate the police job burnout in accordance with the actual situation. |
