| 摘 要： | 西方情报主导警务模式现有多种形态,但核心都是犯罪分析。犯罪分析是分析师通过运用多种理论和方法,对大量相关信息进行定量定性分析,从中发现犯罪性质、范围、分布和趋势,为逮捕罪犯、预防犯罪、减少混乱和评估警务绩效服务的活动。犯罪分析结构包括形势评估、案件剖析、预测、决策支持、决策制定五个方面。西方情报主导警务模式中犯罪分析的发展,催生了一个新的犯罪分析职业。犯罪数量的持续增多和犯罪类型的不断变化,犯罪分析专门技术的开发和运用,需要犯罪分析的职业化。国家相关部门应该充分论证实现犯罪分析职业化的必要性和可行性。
