| 摘 要： | 2001年3月,四川省成都市公安局禁毒处"9·29"专案组在公安部和上级公安机关的统一指挥下,历经8个月,成功破获了全国最大的一起跨国走私、贩卖麻黄素的特大案件,抓获全部案犯.分析该案的主要特点,总结侦破的成功经验,反思该案侦破过程中出现的问题,提出改进思路,为公安机关以后侦破类似案件提供参考和借鉴具有十分重要的意义.

| Abstract: | In the March of 2001,under the command of Public Security Ministry and senior public security agencies,It took 8 months for Drug Control Department of Chengdu Municipal Public Security Bureau to clear up the biggest case of transnational smuggling,trafficking PPT and capture all the suspects.The article will analyze the characteristics of the case,the good experience and problems in the process of investigation and suggest some ways to improve the investigation.It is expected to provide reference to the future investigation of public security agencies. |
