| Abstract: | The 16th Party Congress requires us to establish a socialist political civilization which is the need for building material and spiritual civilizations. Our Party must persist in its leadership over building "three civilizations".Therefore,it is of great significance for us to speed up the pace of building political civilization so as to promote China's social and political progress. |
