| Abstract: | The building of an all - round well - off society in the ethnic minority region is a major issue that has a direct bearing on the course of the whole country. At present the gap in the economic development between ethnic minority regions and the rest regions is widening, so the central government should give more aid to these underdeveloped regions in such aspects as policies,funds and projects. |
