| Abstract: | Enhance the effectiveness of cadres training of the Party school,it should implement from the following aspects: 1.To demand-oriented of cadres and update the training concept;2.To improve the quality and ability as the goal,innovative training content;3.To focus on open and interactive,improve training methods to enhance teaching attractive;4.Take good use of modern training methods and improve the teaching ability of teachers. |
