| 摘 要： | 目前我国干部教育培训工作呈现出许多新的特点,异地教育培训是顺应时代潮流、展现党校教育培训特色、增强干部教育培训实效性的一种新的教育培训方式。因此,加强对异地教育培训方式的研究,积极探索增强干部教育培训实效性具有十分重要的现实意义。
