浅谈中职学校专业教师素质的特殊性

中职教育专业教师素质的特殊要求,是由职业教育的特殊性所决定的。当前中职教育专业教师素质存在一些急需解决的问题。提升中职教师职业素质,应通过加强教师的情商德商培养、加强在职培养、支持教师参加各类学术交流活动、引导教师多作教学反思、实行校企合作培养以及加强＂双师型＂教师的培养等途径来实现。
