| 摘 要： | “不作为”是行政失职违法行为,应承担相应的法律责任。随着法制建设的完善、法律意识的提高,公安行政执法过程中会面,临越来越多的“不作为”问题。依法行政,尽量避免“不作为”发生,是公安机关今后应高度重视的工作之一。
