和谐社会建构中的制度创新分析

制度创新本身既包含正式制度的演化,也需要相应的非正式制度的变迁与联动。制度创新过程本身也是一个利益调整的过程,易于引发一系列社会不和谐问题与人们的心理冲突,因此,制度和谐与社会心理和谐是构建和谐社会的应有之义。应当创设利益均衡的制度保障社会和谐,推动非正式制度的创新促进社会和谐。

Analysis on System Innovation in Building a Harmonious Socialist Society

Besides transformation of formal system, system innovation should also require corresponding change and improvement of informal system. System innovation would cause a series of social problem and psychological conflicts for it is also a process of interest adjustment. So both system harmony and psychology harmony are what should be needed for a harmonious society. In order to build a harmonious society, we should set up system to protect balanced interest for the people and meanwhile, should push on the improvement of informal system.
