| 摘 要： | 政治明是社会明系统的重要组成部分，而加强社会主义政治明建设要从制度建设入手，因为加强制度建设是社会主义民主政治发展的内在要求，是总结社会主义政治建设历史经验所得出的基本结论，是社会主义政治明建设的本质要求，与此同时，建设社会主义政治制度要充分借鉴人类政治明的有益成果，要与本国的实际相结合。

| Abstract: | Political civilization is a n important component in the system of social civilization.To strengthen the construction of socialist political civilization we must start with the constru ction of system which is the internal requirement in the development of social ist democratic politics and the basic conclusion derived from the summary of his torical experience in political construction and is the natural requirement of the construction of socialist political civilization.Meanwhile,to construct th e system of socialist politics,we must use as reference the beneficial fruit o f human political civilization and combine it with the reality of the country. |
