| Abstract: | This article from the perspective of judicial practice,with the system of criminal procedure of other countries in the world,gave a detailed analysis of the rationality of giving the right of sentencing recommendations to procuratorial organs from the perspective of action theory and procedural justice and put forward some recommendations on how to correctly exercise the right of sentencing recommendations. |
