| 摘 要： | 亲属相容隐思想是中国古代法律文化的组成部分,经古代封建统治者使其成为一项重要法律制度后,盛行了二千余年。这种思想所蕴含的人情伦理观念留存至今,对我国现代法治建设所产生的影响是不可忽视的。文章通过阐述亲属相容隐思想的产生及法律化,分析其在当今对人们法制观念所产生的影响,以期对现代司法实践活动有所启示。

| Abstract: | The thought that relatives shelter and hide each other is a part of Chinese ancient legal culture .The influence of the human relationship and moral principles it contains up untill now is not to be ignored after it entered into legal system about two thousand years ago.The article explains the creation of the thought about relatives shelter and hide each other and how it comes into a legal system,and analyses the influence on contemporary legal idea.Hoping to give some enlightenment to our contemporary judicial practice. |
