我国农民工社会保险立法比较研究

Comparative Study on Social Insurance Legislation for the Farmer-workers in Our Country

Social insurance system for the farmer-workers is the central part of their social guarantee system.At present,it is an important task in our country to set up such a system.However,there is a lacking of system guarantee in legislation in our country,which leads to the problem of difficulty in fulfilling it.Through the comparative analysis of the situation of social insurance legislation for farmer-workers,we can make clear the different situation in different places and respond reasonably to the relative problem solving.
