| 摘 要： | 法律职业者在具备法律知识、法律技巧的同时必须具有高尚的职业道德，才能促使他们将体现公正理念的法律加以完美地实施和体现。当前我国法学教育中法律职业道德学科地位不明确、职业道德未作为法学教育目标，而且法律职业道德教育教学方法落后、教材研究不足。因此，要在大学法律教育中开设专门的法律职业道德教育课程，编写专门的法律职业道德教学教材并创新法律职业道德教学方法。
