| 摘 要： | 作者对战国时李悝的《法经》提出了一些饶有新意的理解。作者认为,从战国至秦,法家的思想虽盛极一时,也不过是儒家法思想在一个方面的极端表现,并没有跳出儒家法思想的总体框架。
