高职院校学生英语口语现状及阶段教学方法

摘    要:英语口语能力的培养,是高职院校英语教学目标之一。现阶段,高职院校学生的英语口语基础相对较弱,普遍缺乏学习的主动性和创造性。因此,在教学实践中,需采用阶段教学方法,即通过听说——钻研——背诵——实践等阶段,循序渐进,由简到繁,使学生反复练习,逐步积累,不断提高,以期实现高职院校英语口语教学的目标。

Abstract:Cultivating students' ability to speak English remains one of English teaching targets of the vocational colleges.At the present stage,the students' ability to speak English is relatively weak,and most students are short of initiativeness and creativeness in study.Therefore,in practical teaching activities,it is expected to take step-by-step teaching method(steps from listening,studying,reciting to practice),which should be carried out from simplicity to difficulty,made students exercise repeatedly and accumulate gradually so as to realize the teaching goal.
