| 摘 要： | 为了更好地保护未成年人的合法权益,在未成年人刑事检查程序中体现“宽严相济”的刑事政策,贯彻教育挽救、区别对待的原则,不仅应当在实体上体现对未成年人“宽严相济”,在程序上也应当体现“宽严相济”,达到“教育、感化、挽救”失足未成年人的目的。
