法律英语研究可视化分析：发展与展望

文章以Web of Science核心数据库、中国知网等期刊数据库为基础，借助CiteSpace可视化分析技术及语料库分析方法，综述国内外法律英语研究的发展脉络及研究热点，梳理历时发展趋势。分析表明，法律英语研究呈现跨学科属性，国际、国内法律英语研究存在一定差异。国际法律英语研究呈现明显的跨学科属性，分为法律与语言两个领域，具体包括法律与法律制度、法律语言、法律英语及法律翻译，不同研究热点间连接程度不同。而语言领域是国内法律英语研究的着力点，法律翻译、语言特征及法律英语教学是国内法律英语研究的核心内容。文章结合我国法律英语研究发展现状，建议建立法律英语学科，培养国际化复合型法律英语人才。

Developments and Prospects of Legal English: A Scientometric Analysis

Based on the Web of Science core database and the journal database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), it deploys the CiteSpace scientometric analysis technology and corpus method to review the developments and research foci of legal English, thereby clarifying development tendencies in this field. The investigation of current literature shows that the legal English studies present an interdisciplinary nature and there exist differences in research contents between legal English studies in China and abroad. Legal English studies abroad show an interdisciplinary attribute and the scholarship could be divided into two fields: law and language, specifically law and legal systems, legal language, legal English, and legal translation, with different link intensities among these research hotspots. However, domestic legal English studies mainly focus on the area of language, namely, legal translation, linguistic features of legal English and legal English teaching. Given the development of legal English in China, it suggests to advance legal English studies as an emerging discipline and cultivate legal English talents with disciplinary backgrounds.
