| 摘 要： | 一人公司是一种特殊类型的公司,自其出现以来,对传统公司法人制度产生了极大的挑战,许多国家和地区通过法律规范对其进行规制。2006年生效的《中华人民共和国公司法》对一人公司做出了专门规定,该规定顺应了我国经济发展和世界立法潮流,但也存在着一些不足之处。

| Abstract: | One-person company is one kind of special company, whose appearance brought great challenges to the legal person system of traditional company. Many countries and areas have carried on the legal rules and regulations to norm it. In 2006, "People's Republic of China Law of corporation" becomes effective, which makes the special stipulation to it. This stipulation can comply with our coantry's economy development and the world legislation tidal current, but also has some deficiency. |
