论市场经济建构中的集体谈判

中国的经济体制改革和政治民主化进程及现代企业制度的建立，都要求劳资关系的和谐。而集体谈判作为一项重要的调节手段，随着中国市场经济各项配套制度的健全和完善，劳资关系调节措施和方案也正在逐渐和国际上接轨。本文首先分析了转型时期我国集体劳动关系的特点，随后探讨了在目前市场经济中集体谈判实践的核心问题，并最后给出实施的相关建议。
