| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化日益加速的今天,国际消费纠纷日益纷繁复杂,国际消费合同的法律适用问题也随之产生。作者从阐释国际消费合同自体法的内涵入手,讨论其在国际消费纠纷中法律选择的自由和效力,并通过考察网络时代对国际消费者保护的挑战,探讨了国际消费合同自体法的一般适用及其在网络消费纠纷等特殊问题上的适用。

| Abstract: | International consumer matters now being numerous and complicated in each day, international consumer contract also involves so many conditions that its complicated progress. This article begins with a clarification of its definition,moves on explaining the freedom and effects of choice of law in international consumer contract,and with regard to the challege of internet era,expounds general application of the proper law of international consumer contract and its applibility to internet consumer protection. |
