| 摘 要： | 为帮助SDN企业实现隐性知识共享，文章首先构建了适应于SDN企业的多维隐性知识模型，针对隐性知识的共享难题，提出了以Blog系统嵌入SDN企业系统实现隐性知识共享的思想，并以定义的三元主体和设计的注册导向表为基础，着重研究了SDN企业“Blog”管理模块的设计思想和实施宏观管理的功能代码，为SDN企业实现隐性知识共享提供理论及方法参考。

| Abstract: | To study the sharing of the tacit knowledge in a SDN enterprise,a dimensional tacit knowledge model has been constructed from the concept of SDN enterprise and tacit knowledge.The model describes the source and formulation of tacit knowledge in a SDN enterprise,and shows that this sharing research is based on the multi-faceted,multi-level tacit knowledge in SDN enterprises.In the study,the embedding of the system of a Blog into SDN enterprise system as the way of tacit knowledge sharing is focused on,in which a management module on"Blog"in the enterprise management system is focused on to study the accomplishments and realizing codes of this module which presents the theory and method reference to the effective implementation of Blog for the tacit knowledge sharing in SDN enterprise. |
