| 摘 要： | 祖国优秀传统文化是“金”是“玉”，应博鉴之，约取之，吮吸之，学习之。近年来，试图在传统文化与现代管理之间架起桥梁的努力已经卓见成效，文章选择儒道法兵四家代表人物思想为切入点，以现代管理理念为呼应，旨在从宏观上探讨传统文化的创造性转化问题。
