浅谈公安队伍的压力管理

近年来,随着公安保卫任务日趋繁重,基层民警在工作中所承受的压力和负担越来越大,民警的压力问题也成为各级领导普遍关注的问题。民警的压力源从形式上可分为工作压力源、生活压力源和社会压力源三种。公安机关各级领导干部应采取积极的压力管理、压力控制等措施,适时增压或减压,从而保持适度的压力,进而调动广大民警的工作积极性、主动性和创造性,增强公安工作的后劲和活力。

Discussion on the Pressure of Management of Public Security Officers

Nowadays,with the development of society and security work,more and more overwhelming forces have pressed on the policemen and cadres at the basic level. It can be derived from three origins of pressure,which are from work,from life and from society.In order to strengthen the management of public security troops and construct a regular public security army,we should make full use of pressure control and pressure management.At the same time,we should structure the pressure reduction mechanism in the spirit field to bring into play all possible positive factors.
