| 摘 要： | 近年来，我国公安机关的执法监督工作取得了显著成效，但仍存在问题。因此，无论是公安机关的内部执法监督功能，还是公安执法的外部监督，都有待进一步加强与完善，以更好地发挥执法监督在提高公安队伍素质及执法水平中的作用。
