贵阳市经济发展方式转型的路径思考

"加快形成新的经济发展方式",是十八大报告关于经济建设总体部署中提出的一个重要观点,其本质要求是把经济发展活力和竞争力提高到新水平,实现经济持续健康发展,为全面建成小康社会提供坚实的物质基础。目前,我们必须看到,贵阳市在经济社会发展中仍然存在经济发展的质量和效益不高等问题。不断增强贵阳综合实力、国际竞争力和可持续发展能力,加快建设富强民主文明和谐的新贵阳,加快形成新的经济发展方式已势在必行。文章在简述贵阳经济快速增长的基础上,对贵阳经济发展方式转变的情况作了评价,提出了贵阳加快形成新的经济发展方式的一些对策建议。

Some Thinking on Route of Transformation of Economy Development Mode in Guiyang

The significant point of ＂accelerating the establishment of new mode of economy development＂, put forward in the Report on the 18th National Congress of the CPC, requires the promotion of economic vitality and competition to a new level and achievement of sustainable and healthy development to provide firm material founda- tion to the establishment of an affluent society. Such issues concerning the qualification and low efficiency still exist in the economic and social development in Guiyang. It is necessary to establish the new mode of economic develop- ment. Based on a brief introduction on the rapid growth of the economy in Guiyang, the transformation in such mode is evaluated and some suggestions are made.
