生物检材中的PCR抑制物及其处理技术

摘    要:DNA分型技术在刑事案件的侦破中已得到广泛应用,但不同来源的各种生物检材往往含有PCR抑制物,其对扩增反应的影响不容忽视。因此,DNA样本扩增前预处理就显得尤为重要。本文主要就PCR抑制物种类及其对PCR的抑制机制、PCR抑制物应对技术等相关研究进展进行简要综述,旨在为相关研究和应用提供参考。

Abstract:DNA typing technology has been widely applied in the detection of criminal cases. However, different sources of biological samples often contain PCR inhibitors and their effects on the amplification reaction cannot be ignored Therefore, the pretreatment of DNA samples for PCR amplification is particularly important. In this paper, the species of PCR inhibition, the mechanisms of PCR inhibition, and the treatment technology of PCR inhibitors are reviewed, aimed to provide new ideas for the related research and application.
