| 摘 要： | 在对看守所在押犯罪嫌疑人行为后果感知水平调查的基础上,采用模拟实验,试图验证减轻后果感知讯问法的讯问效果。结果表明,相比传统讯问法,减轻犯罪嫌疑人的行为后果感知水平有助于提高供述意愿。

| Abstract: | Based on the results of an investigation on real detainees in custody indicate,the paper tries to find out the effect of the Interrogation Method of Alleviating Consequences Perception.The conclusion of the study shows that the new method could get a better outcome and the two different methods have really different effects. |
