| 摘 要： | 由于受主、客观原因的影响,侦查员在侦查实践中会产生错觉。错觉阻碍侦查员对犯罪现场的正确观察、判断,导致观察狭隘、肤浅,动机判断失误,侦查方向错误,从而降低侦查效率,甚至侦查失败。可通过错觉教育、观察力训练和知觉速度与准确性训练等措施规避侦查错觉。
