| 摘 要： | 侦查策略是指侦查主体为了达到一定的侦查目标,在实施侦查行为的过程中对一定的侦查对象(人、事、物、场所)而采取的合法而灵活有效的方法。目前关于侦查策略的概念表述不一,主要有侦查策略、侦查谋略、侦查计谋、侦查对策等。侦查策略的本质是一种方法论体系,侦查策略概念的要素包括侦查策略的主体、对象和载体。侦查策略和相近概念有区别。
