| 摘 要： | 歇后语是俗语的一种。纂辑于唐宋明清时期的《杂纂七种》中的歇后语,有许多属于法律范畴或与法律相关的内容,涉及到刑事法、民事法、诉讼法、行政法等对应于现代法律部门的各色法律现象,反映了当时人对法律及其运行状况的体验和认识。歇后语中涉及法律事务的,多是引子,有时注释也涉法。歇后语反映当时社会的主流法律意识和观念倾向,尽管它对某些法律现象的反映有滞后性,个别歇后语也有不精确的情况存在。
