| 摘 要： | 道德问题是人的问题，要实现道德建设的目标就必须从内在和外在两个方面去培养和养成人们的道德意识和道德行为，而要把内在和外在两方面紧密结合起来的唯一可行的方式就是道德礼仪规范的养成和培养。
